TeziQuest by TradeDraft is operated by Saashwat Fintech Private Limited. You can use this website to delete your account without installing the Android app.
Delete using the website or game
- Open your account using the button below and sign in to the TeziQuest account you want to delete.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the explanation, enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion.
Email verification is not required for this account-control request. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in form first.
Need help with deletion?
Request account and associated data deletion by emailing contact@saashwat.in with the subject “TeziQuest account deletion request”. Send from your registered email address and include your player name. We may need to verify account ownership before acting. Do not send your password, reset link or verification link.
What is removed
Permanent deletion removes the active account, sessions, linked stage attempts/completions and academy/daily-learning records. It ends access to that saved progress. There is no in-game undo.
What may remain
Minimal transaction records remain for purchase support, accounting and fraud prevention, with the active player-account link removed. Account deletion does not issue an automatic refund or transfer a Campaign Pass; contact support before deleting a purchased account if you need help. Minimal security audit records may remain for abuse prevention and investigation. Restricted hosting/database backups can retain earlier copies until those backups expire. These are not active player accounts. Read the privacy policy or contact us for questions about data retained for a particular request.
This page does not delete a Google account, Play Console account or separate TradeDraft/FinDraft account. The current TeziQuest release has no paid in-app subscription to cancel.
