Who operates this game
TeziQuest is a market-education game by TradeDraft, operated by Saashwat Fintech Private Limited. This policy covers the TeziQuest website and its Android application when available. The game uses synthetic exercises and does not execute real trades.
Information the game handles
- Account details: email address, chosen player name, account identifier, role, account status and email-verification state. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes, not readable account passwords.
- Learning activity: stage attempts, guesses, completions, best stars, XP, streaks, academy results and daily quiz records. The server uses these records to save progress, grade exercises and prevent duplicate rewards.
- Security and technical records: sessions, verification/reset capabilities, rate-limit records, request-related technical information and account/security audit events. The service processes network information such as an IP address to serve requests and prevent abuse. Hosting providers may also process operational logs.
- Device storage: an HTTP-only session cookie keeps a player signed in. Local browser storage remembers the sound setting. The service worker stores only public offline-practice files; it does not cache account API responses, passwords, tokens or chart answers. Session worksheets remain in the open tab and are not uploaded by the game.
Why information is used
We use this information to authenticate players, verify email addresses, recover accounts, save learning progress, operate leaderboards, maintain the service, respond to support requests and protect against misuse. A chosen nickname and game results may appear on the leaderboard after the qualifying stages; your account email is not displayed there. We do not use the current game to execute financial transactions or offer personalised investment recommendations.
Service providers and optional AI
The deployed service uses Render for application hosting, PostgreSQL hosting such as Neon for account storage, and Resend for verification and recovery email delivery. When web checkout is enabled, Razorpay processes Campaign Pass payments. TeziQuest stores minimum order/payment references, amount, currency, status, refund totals and timestamps, not card, bank or UPI credentials. These providers process information needed to provide those services. An Android Trusted Web Activity uses a compatible installed browser; browser and Google Play services may process information under their own policies.
Generative AI coaching is optional and disabled unless the operator enables it. If enabled, the app sends the selected synthetic lesson, a small number of already-visible candles and, only after completion, the simulated outcome to the configured OpenAI API. Account email, player identity, passwords and worksheet notes are not included in that coaching request. Requests ask the provider not to store Responses output, but provider security/abuse monitoring and other retention may still apply under its policies. Free guided coaching requires no external AI provider.
The current release contains no advertising SDK, advertising-ID collection, third-party behavioural analytics or native in-app purchases. Optional one-time web Campaign Pass purchases are described in the purchase terms; the current Android build only consumes existing account access. We do not sell player account data. If monetisation or data processing changes, we will update this policy and applicable disclosures before release.
Retention and deletion
Account and learning records remain while the account is active. You can export your account data from the game. You can delete your account using My account → Delete account and confirming your password, or request assistance through the account-deletion page. Deletion removes the active account, sessions and linked learning/attempt records. Minimal security audit events may remain for fraud prevention and operational investigation; they do not retain your account password or the deleted learning history. Restricted provider backup copies may remain until their backup lifecycle expires.
Verification and password-reset links expire. The app periodically removes expired sessions, tokens and rate-limit entries, and old completed mail jobs. A security or legally required record may be retained where necessary; contact us with questions about a particular request.
Your choices and security
You can read public lessons without an account, sign out, export your data, delete your account and clear local browser storage. HTTPS protects network transport. Access controls, password hashing and session protections are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Never send passwords or verification/reset links in a support message.
Children and changes
TeziQuest is intended for adult market learners and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. We will update this page when practices change.
