What the pass includes
Levels 1–20 are free. When checkout is enabled, a ₹199 one-time payment adds access to levels 21–251 of the current TeziQuest campaign on the verified player account used for purchase. ₹199 is the customer total charged in INR. There is no recurring renewal or subscription.
The pass does not skip stages: complete them in order. It includes the current campaign, not an unlimited promise of future products, future campaigns or permanent service availability. Academy lessons and the Risk Lab remain free. This is educational content; it provides no brokerage services, real-money trading, personalized investment advice or guaranteed returns.
Payment and access
Web checkout is handled by Razorpay only when the operator has enabled it. Access is granted after the server verifies a captured payment. An authorized or pending payment is not sufficient. Test checkout is clearly labelled, makes no real charge and grants no live-mode entitlement. Card, bank and UPI credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by TeziQuest.
Use the same player account on supported devices. If checkout closes, access does not appear, or you were charged without an unlock, use Check payment / restore access before paying again. Contact support with the order/payment reference and your registered email if the issue persists. Never send a password, OTP, card number, UPI PIN or secret key.
Refunds and purchase support
Request help or a refund through contact@saashwat.in from the account's registered email, including the payment reference and reason. We review duplicate charges, unsuccessful unlocks and other purchase concerns, and process approved refunds through the original payment provider. This page does not promise automatic refund approval or a particular bank processing time. Your applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
A verified full refund removes paid-level access. Learning history is retained on the active account. A partial refund does not remove the pass. Account deletion removes account access and learning data; it does not automatically issue a refund or move a purchase to a new account. Contact support before deleting a purchased account if you need purchase assistance.
Android availability
The initial Play app supports access already associated with your player account. Web checkout is unavailable inside that app. Native Android purchases will be enabled only after the Google Play billing setup is complete. Do not treat the availability of a website checkout as evidence that in-app purchases are available on Google Play.
Payment records and privacy
We retain minimal order references, amount, currency, payment status, refund totals and timestamps for purchase support, accounting and fraud prevention, including after account deletion. Deletion removes their active link to the player account. Razorpay may retain its own transaction records under its terms.
